The UP’s program is a prep-for-rep style program that is designed for athletes trailing for a Southern Districts Representative Team.
This program is designed as an intensive training program which builds on players fundamental skills in preparation for Representative Trials. These sessions are instructed by high quality Southern Districts and Basketball Queensland coaches.

Get prepped for our U14 representative basketball trials. This is a 2 day camp where our coaches will get our athletes to a bunch of skills and drills to get them ready to perform their best at the U14 representative trials.
